11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Croatia, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms or our Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days.

12.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, parties agree to participate in mediation before a mutually agreed mediator in Croatia before pursuing formal legal action.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through mediation may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through:

  • Email notification to registered users
  • Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this page

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
